　　① The population of this town has increase by 5 percent. 這個鎮的人口增長了5%。

　　② The population of our country has increased to 1.3 billion. 我們國家的人口已增長到了13 億。

　　Ⅱ.表示“在。。。。。。方面增長”用in 來引導的短語。如：

　　① It has increase 30 percent in price. 它的價格增長了30%。

　　② Its members are increasing in number. 它的成員數量正在增加。

　　③ The country is fast increasing in population. 這個國家人口增長很快。
