The new measures include canceling the June 2024 international SAT administration and reducing the international testing dates for the SAT to four for the 2024-2024 and 2024-2024 school years, with administrations in October, December, March and May.
新措施包括取消今年6月的SAT國際考試，將2024-2024和2024-2024學年的SAT國際考試日期減至4個，于10月、12月、3月、5月舉行考試。
The College Board said reducing the number of tests means less repetition of the questions and will reduce the probability of disclosure.

But critics such as Bob Schaeffer, education director for the National Center for Fair and Open Testing, told the Washington Post that with the instantaneous global communication through social media, there's no real way to prevent the circulation of test questions.

"The only way to stop unethical test-prep companies and individuals from gaining advance knowledge of upcoming test items is to stop reusing test questions," Schaeffer said.

The decision will inevitably inconvenience international students who plan to apply for universities' autumn admission in 2024.
