上周起，北京市開始在東城、西城、朝陽、海淀、豐臺、石景山區這六個重點管理區開查大型犬和烈性犬。上述犬只一經查獲，將由公安機關予以沒收，并可對養犬單位處1萬元罰款，對養犬人處5000元罰款。
