最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院、公安部、司法部、國家衛生計生委24日聯合公布了《關于依法懲處涉醫違法犯罪維護正常醫療秩序的意見》，將對醫院內6類涉醫違法犯罪行為進行嚴懲。
